America’s Top Online Bachelor’s And Graduate Programs, As Ranked By U.S. News & World Report

Perhaps you should pick up your bachelor’s at Ohio State University if you scroll a web page than walk a campus quad. The university’s most important campus at Columbus topped U.S. News & World Report’s 2018 Best Online Programs positions for the first time.

Temple University reigns in the positions for a fourth straight year, if you are considering an MBA. And technology? Look to the Ivy League: Columbia University jumped two spots to take top honors.

U.S. News  analyzed nearly 1,500 programs for the positions, looking at faculty credentials, engineering and graduates’ average debt among other facets to size up the top applications for bachelor’s degrees in addition to popular graduate degrees fields as varied as business, education, nursing and criminal justice.  

For the sixth year in a row, the University of Southern California sits atop the computer information technology rankings. Clemson University in South Carolina topped the record for schooling, while Chicago”s St. Xavier took in nursing.

Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas was named top criminal justice application. The record was topped by Villanova University .

Only regionally accredited applications offered “primarily online” were considered, per U.S. News.
